The speculation comes amid ongoing rumours of Vijay’s alleged secret engagement to Trisha Krishnan, the same actress whom fans believe was linked to the actor in the affair allegations.

According to these reports, she has been assisting the couple in navigating the situation and working through their differences. It has also been reported that Sangeetha, who had been living in London with her children, Jason Sanjay and Divya Saasha, has returned to Chennai in connection with the ongoing developments.
This development comes at a time when the couple is reportedly involved in ongoing legal proceedings. And their divorce proceeding is set to take place on June 15 before the Chengalpattu Family Court. Due to security concerns surrounding the sitting Chief Minister, both Vijay and Sangeetha are expected to participate in the proceedings via video conferencing.
