Gaurav Khanna, who became an overnight sensation after starring in Rupali Ganguly’s Anupamaa as Anuj Kapadia, garnered much more attention for his win in Bigg Boss 19, hosted by Salman Khan. Gaurav Khanna survived in the show for more than three months and, in the end, won the coveted trophy by a great margin. Gaurav Khanna was also awarded a Rs 50 lakh cash prize for winning the show; however, the actor has now said that he has yet to receive it.

In his new vlog, Gaurav Khanna was asked by a fan if he had received everything that was promised on Bigg Boss 19, including the cash prize, car, and coupons. To this, Gaurav Khanna responded, “Waise sach bolu toh thoda time lagta hain ye sab ana. Frankly, abhi tak nahi miley hain. Lekin, I am sure mil jayenge because ek process hota hain (If I am being truthful, it takes time. I have not received it yet, but I am sure I will get it because there is a process).”
He further said, “I think 1-2 mahiney toh lagte hain ye saari cheezein aanein mein because company ki apni internal audits hoti hain. Aa jayega, aisa nahi hain ki nahi aayega. Thoda delay hota hain, which is fine. TV ka banda hoon, and TV mein thode delays hote hain. Aa jayega (It takes about 1-2 months for all the things to arrive because there are internal audits based on the company. I am from TV, and there are delays here. It will come).”
What will Gaurav Khanna do next?
After his exit from Anupamaa, Gaurav Khanna’s first reality show appearance was in Celebrity MasterChef India, which he won. He then participated in Bigg Boss 19 and emerged as the winner there as well. So far, Gaurav Khanna has no immediate, confirmed television show. The actor is open to returning to Anupamaa, but his comeback is currently unconfirmed and on hold.
