Faisal Malik, who plays the role of Prahlad Pandey aka former Upradhan, shared a big update about the upcoming season. Panchayat Season 5 is currently in production, and the viewers will not have to wait for a long time to watch it on Prime Video.
What did Faisal Malik say about Panchayat Season 5?
While speaking to Telly Chakkar, the actor shared that the shooting of the new season is almost done. “Thodi shooting bachi hui hai. Woh khatam karenge. (There is only a small portion of the shoot left. We will complete it),” he said.
When asked about the possible release date, he further revealed, “Time nahi bata sakta, par shooting abhi khatam ho jayegi 1-2 mahine me. (I can’t give a timeline, but the shooting will be completed in the next 1–2 months).”
“Abhi to pradhaani chali gayi hai unki. Nayi party aa chuki hai. Achha mazedaar hoga,” he added.
When will Panchayat Season 5 release?
The official release date of the new season is yet to be announced. As per reports, it might release on Prime Video by late 2026.
