Anant Ambani performs sacred tonsure at Tirumala temple, offers hair to Lord Venkateswara

Reliance Industries Executive Director Anant Ambani visited the famous Lord Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh, on Sunday to offer prayers and participate in sacred temple rituals. Dressed in traditional Indian attire, Anant took part in the centuries-old practice of offering his hair, also known as the tonsure ritual. The act is considered one of the highest forms of devotion by millions of devotees who visit the temple every year. After completing the prayers, he also fed elephants at the temple, following another traditional act of service.
