Mohanlal’s Malayalam film Drishyam 3 has taken the box office by storm. It has been a little over a week and nine days since its release, and the film is still earning impressive numbers worldwide. It has become the third-highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time and has already crossed the Rs 200 crore mark worldwide.

Drishyam 3 continues its impressive run at the box office. According to SACNILK, the film has collected Rs 81.80 crore in eight days. The film opened with Rs 15.85 crore in India, despite not being released in Hindi. Even without Hindi, it continues to hold strong in South Indian languages. It grossed Rs 75.30 crore in its first week.
On the eighth day (second week), Drishyam 3 earned Rs 6.50 crore. Before the second weekend, the film collected Rs 4.30 crore on Friday. With this, Drishyam 3’s total India net collection has reached Rs 86.25 crore.
Drishyam 3 crosses Rs 200 crore worldwide
Drishyam 3 has also been a huge success worldwide. According to SACNILK, the film collected Rs 197.91 crore worldwide in eight days. Overseas, it earned Rs 103 crore. After the ninth day (second Friday), its worldwide collection has surpassed Rs 209.08 crore.

Drishyam 3 is the third installment of the hit Drishyam franchise, proving that each sequel is as successful as the previous one. A Hindi film was already made in the same franchise starring Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran, and a third Hindi sequel is also in the works.
