According to a Pinkvilla report, the role was first offered to Shah Rukh Khan. However, the Bollywood superstar declined the cameo due to his busy schedule and commitments to his upcoming film King. After SRK said no, the makers approached Hrithik Roshan for the role. The production team has not officially confirmed this cameo yet.
What is Jailer 2 about?
Jailer 2, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, will continue the story of Muthuvel Pandian from where the first blockbuster left off. The sequel has a star-studded cast including: Mithun Chakraborty, Vidya Balan, SJ Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and others.
