Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol are all set to star together for the first time in Alpha. However, there were several rumours that all is not well between the two stars. Bobby Deol, in a recent conversation at Aap Ki Adalat, put an end to all the rift rumours with Alia Bhatt.
What did Bobby Deol say about Alia Bhatt?
Bobby Deol expressed his shock while hearing about the rumours and said, “Main bhi hairaan ho gaya. Log itne velle hai ki kuch bhi likh ke bana dete hai.”
“Mujhe nahi samaj mein aaya kisne kya soch ke ye sab rumours likhe. I can’t go around proving the point to anybody. So it is not true. Log Instagram se influenced rehte hai lekin uspe 90 per cent kahaniyaan sahi nahi hoti hai,” he shared.
He further praised Alia Bhatt and called her hardworking. “Alia is one of the hardest-working and sincere actors I’ve worked with. She has never done this kind of action before, and I was amazed seeing how prepared she was for the shoot. I could see she was giving her all because action is hard to pull off, and she went for it,” he added.
When will Alpha release in theatres?
Alpha will release in theatres on July 10, 2026. As per reports, the movie has been preponed by a week.
Who is the star cast of Alpha?
Apart from Alia Bhatt and Bobby, the movie also stars Sharvari and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. It is directed by Shiv Rawail and produced by Aditya Chopra.
Other movies in the same universe are: Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, Pathaan, Tiger 3, War and War 2. However, this universe disappointed the audience with the release of War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in the lead roles. The movie received mixed response and also became a box office failure.

Bobby Deol is gearing up for the release of Bandar, directed by Anurag Kashyap. The movie will release on June 5.
