Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh's film Alpha has now lost momentum at the box office. The movie, which created high expectations before its release due to it being the first female spy-led movie in the YRF Spy Universe, opened to a lukewarm response on its first day. The movie was expected to collect more than Rs 10 crore, as per critics, but it opened to a single-digit figure and earned only Rs 9 crore. How much did Alpha collected on day 12 ?
Alpha earned Rs 0.85 crore net from 2,344 tracked shows on Tuesday, according to Sacnilk. Despite the significant drop, the film has continued its theatrical run the movie has finally reached Rs 55 crore milestone at the Indian box office. With this, its total India net collection has reached Rs 55.20 crore, while its India gross stands at Rs 65.77 crore.
It is very evident that the film witnessed a massive drop in its second week that it is finding it hard to even mint over Rs 1 crore. On the other hand, Alpha received a good competition from Ajay Devgn's Dhamaal 4. The action-thriller is somehow failing to draw audience to the big screen and a big share of that fan club is now preferring a comedy drama over Alia Bhatt's Alpha.

Internationally, the spy thriller added Rs 0.50 crore, taking its overseas gross collection to Rs 26.70 crore. As a result, the film's worldwide gross now stands at Rs 92.47 crore, bringing it within touching distance of the Rs 100 crore milestone.
