The team of Main Vaapas Aaunga is set to honour the Border Security Force (BSF) with a special musical event called Jai Ho – A Tribute to the Bravehearts. The event will take place at the Attari Border on June 7 and will feature a live performance by A.R. Rahman along with members of the film’s team. It will take place between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM during the famous parade ceremony at JCP Stadium.
Oscar and Grammy winning music composer A. R. Rahman will perform live at the event. His performance is expected to be the main highlight of the evening.
Which members of the film team will attend?
Director Imtiaz Ali, actor Vedang Raina, singers Mohit Chauhan, Pooja Tiwari and Nargis, along with representatives from the film’s production houses, will also be present.
Why is this event being organised?
The event is being organised to express gratitude and respect for the BSF personnel who work tirelessly to protect the country’s borders. Through music and celebration, the team hopes to honour their service and sacrifice.
What is Main Wapas Aaunga about and who stars in it?
Main Wapas Aaunga is a romantic drama inspired by real stories of couples who were separated during the Partition of India. The film stars Diljit Dosanjh and Sharvari Wagh in the lead roles. Vandang Raina and Naseeruddin Shah are also part of the cast.
